This hotel offers great value for money in a peaceful location. The staff are attentive and provide excellent service. The rooms are basic but comfortable, with lovely views. The breakfast buffet is adequate and the hotel restaurant is a nice option for dinner.

The hotel's location was excellent, right in the heart of town and close to many attractions such as the Maison Cailler chocolate factory. the room was comfortable and quiet, with large windows that provided a great view of the surrounding area. the service was friendly and efficient, and breakfast was tasty with a good variety on offer.

The lack of a 24-hour front desk could be inconvenient for some guests, especially those requiring assistance during the early morning hours.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the value for money was outstanding - I couldn't believe the quality of the rooms and service for the price I paid. Secondly, the staff were extremely attentive and friendly, going out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. Lastly, the location was perfect - tucked away in a peaceful area, I enjoyed a quiet and relaxing stay, with beautiful views of the mountains from my room.

Stayed here for Xmas and it was great! the room was clean and spacious, with a nice view of the mountains. Loved having a Nespresso coffee maker in the room and fast WiFi to stay connected with family. the location was perfect, within walking distance of restaurants and a supermarket, which was convenient for buying snacks to enjoy in the room. the staff was friendly and accommodating.

We only had one set of towels in the double room, and despite informing the staff, we didn't receive extra towels.
